Hari at Reyna ng Singkaban 2023

Hari at Reyna ng Singkaban 2023 Coronation night was successfully done. Some government officials gave a tourism speech to promote Bulacan. 


The municipality of Bocaue dominated the Hari at Reyna ng Singkaban 2023 after Paul Carreon and Ma. Althea Franco won the title. 


Candidates stood out with their introduction. The supporters of each municipality go wild during the opening ramp of the pageant. 


Representatives of municipalities in Hari and Reyna ng Singkaban confidently walked the swimwear ramp. The Hari wore black shorts, showcasing their stunning bodies, while the Reyna wore a one-piece swimsuit with their beautiful cape. While the candidates were busy changing their outfits, Mr. Marlo Mortel gave an outstanding performance by singing "Angel Baby" by Troye Sivan and "Uhaw" by Dilaw.


As the swimsuit competition ends, candidates are bound to the next segment of the event: the formal wear. The Hari looks so exceptional with their unique formal attire while the Reyna looks out of the ordinary with their shimmering gowns. 


The most awaited segment of the event, the Q&A portion where the top 12 candidates must answer the questions about the tourism and culture of Bulacan. The Candidates answered the questions with confidence and class as they led to the announcement of winners.


Guest judges are Miss Universe Philippines 2019, Gazini Ganados, Miss Chinese World 2023, Arch Anie Uson Chen, and the pageant host is Miss Charm 2023 1st runner up, Ms. Annablle Mae T. Mcdonnel.
